From old plaster molds new positives were produced. The area beneath each foot is thickened to provide support for the feet and toes. From each new positive, a rubber mold and support mold is created. Molds are then cast with a strong die stone or USG statuary plaster. After a curing period, the "blanks" are then ready for the primer and paint to be applied.
